A Ghost!

Super long time, no see for most of you (6+ years), and I had more or less forgotten about this project until I started working on a small weekend task of my own. http://loodwig.org/cstore I basically set out to create a simple game in javascript in one weekend (without missing sleep), and I found t...

Re: Political Compass

I figured I'd be more extreme than this: http://www.politicalcompass.org/printablegraph?ec=0.12&soc=-3.03 I believe strongly in the free market, less government control, and social morality set as a universal construct on the golden rule rather than social-political law. The mild libertarianism I ca...

the nice thing about drupal as a CMS is that you can put php code right into it. We use it at work to manage our (albeit ugly) website. Set it up as you feel, and use smarty and php with it. It's fun!

HOLY HELL!

I remember a few friends of mine spent an entire weekend beating super ghosts and ghouls, just taking turns until we beat that things twice through. That game is damn near impossible!

Contra is impossible. You are not human, I know this now.

We could also modify the php source to have the hyperlink on the logo point to the main page, so you have a link back from phpbb.

The only issue I can see is that our general format is .OGG, so we'd have to reconvert as well. Then again, who among us cannot make .mp3 files?

We just need to be careful not to use frownhauffer (sic) and we should be fine, yes?

Marvelous. I'm tempted to see if you can do one test for me with an audio file with specific loop points.... just to see how it works.

I didn't see anything different about the spacial effects. Otherwise, fine work. Really really nice.

I've had some difficulties getting it to complie in dev-cpp (I"m not great with makefiles). Mindflayer: if you have the opportunity, can you post a win32 build of the program so that I can test it?

Thanks :)

Can't you just use your regular text editors like Emacs, Notepad++ and others. It is not like you need a different text editor for every language. Oh wait, you ask for a IDE, not a text editor. Sorry. I use an IDE for C++, and EditPlus (a text editor) for everything else. The only reason I prefer t...

Re: Allacrost Music

what would you propose? We get signal. they are a bit old... it seems like MIDIs or Amiga Chips (Songs written using AmigaTracker on the Amiga) One of the things the project is striving towards is a retro sound. I would point out the demo itself uses a combination of retro synths with orchest...
