And we should discuss party management. Fixed party or ability to change members?

This might be good if you ever want to make a multiplayer version of the game.

Multiplayer has never really been on the table.  The game has been designed from a single player stand point from the beginning.  Though, the FF Tactics Advance multiplayer was pretty good. :)
