Hey there, dudes.

I'm a friend of Star Pilot's...I'm a fledging writer, and his compositions (which are excellent) for your project has caught my interest.

If you'd like, I'd love to help out with the script, polishing the story and dialogue, etc. to make this a truly first class project. I could write some killer dialogue for it. =D I don't ask to take creative control of the story or anything, but I'd just like to help out with the editing process or something.

I've got a showcase of some minor stuff here if you'd like to peruse...it's not great, but it's not terrible either, I think.

This thread is for introducing yourself as a new forum member. If anyone happens to make their own introduction thread it will be merged with this one and that member will be given the un-official title of "uber-n00ber". :heh: I personally welcome all new members and I hope you all like our little Allacrost community.

Where did you learn french? Lafayette sounds french, but IN, where is that? I'm from Quebec, but I'll do my best so the game in french fits both France's french, Quebec's french and international french. I know how it is since I always have issues with my french mangas, I don't get some words even though it's my birth language ^_^.

Kyolux: IN is Indiana, a state in the US. Its where gorzuate and I went to school for our undergraduate degrees. How much manga is translated into French? I usually like to read the raw Japanese manga because there is a lot lost in the translation from Japanese -> anything. It takes a bit more effort to read in Japanese, but I hate the feeling that I'm missing out on something so its worth it to me. :D

I've also been to Canada. My dad used to live in the Toronto/Missasaga (I can never spell that) area when I was in middle school and I used to go there during the summer. I loved it there, it was so.....uhh...I dunno. Peaceful. :) My dad's girlfriend of 11 years is also Canadian. And I also went to some little Canadian town in the middle of nowhere to visit my friend who moved there during high school, but I can't remember for the life of me what the name of the town was. I know he said it was like in the 'desert' of Canada :eyebrow:. Oh yeah that brings up a good question, why are there so many Asian people in Vancouver? I went thru the airport on my way to my friend's place and there were seriously 100 asian people and 1 white guy, me. I was like "OMG they are taking over WAHHHHH :axe:" :heh:

Kyolux, I lived in France for 3 years because my dad got transferred there. It was in Strasbourg, northeastern corner close to the border with Germany. It was a lot of fun too... And I'm assuming that the town of (West) Lafayette was named after some french general.
