Images not showing up in forum posts

I have noticed in recent posts from Roots that he is including images in them, but they are not showing up in the actual post

Can you point to an example? I thought all my recent image embedding was working correctly.


There is an issue from an older version of the forums, where we used to embed images with an additional size specifier tag like "[img:640]" or something like that. All of those tags are broken/unrecognised by the forum now. But if you edit the tag so it just says "[_img_]" (without the underscores) then the embed code works fine as long as the image link is still valid. Sometimes I edit someone's post to fix this if I want the image to show up, but it's too time consuming for me to go through the entire forum, find these broken links, and fix them manually. If we had a script or something that could perform this automatically, that would certainly be nice to do.

All the ones I had noticed seem to be working correctly now, so I'm not really sure what the deal was.
